Details

Description:
When using CMake, `find_package(uchardet)` points to the static version of the library `libuchardet.a` (because of /usr/lib/cmake/uchardet/uchardet-targets{-release}.cmake"), but the file has been removed while packaging.

The package should use either `options(staticlibs)` or `-DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON -DBUILD_STATIC=OFF`
