Description:
After updating mesa with llvm 16 - chromium under wayland started to show artifacts.

Steps to reproduce:

chromium 116.0.5845.110-1

launch chromium --ozone-platform-hint=wayland

Also chromium-snapshot-bin 118.0.5952.0.r1183996-1 looks good.

Please try mesa 1:23.1.6-3 now in [extra-testing]

If that doesn't work please try again after rm'ing chromium's GPUCache i.e. ~/.config/chromium/Default/GPUCache

New mesa helped. Didn't have to clean cache manually.
