Description:
Installing the qmk package and running `qmk compile` shows missing

- pyserial
- pillow

python packages.

The automated install fails because python packages are intended to be managed via pacman.

Installing python-pyserial and python-pillow fixes this problem. Maybe these could be added as dependencies?
