DetailsDescription:
As seen in https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/79436?project=1, Doug "the Ó“sshole" Newgard refused to execute the steps to reproduce. It is CRITICAL if the package is not passing the appropriate build flags. If Doug, or the dipshit maintainer, is blindly passing CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE with hopes that is the appropriate flag, then they haven't looked at upstream's CMake properly. If THE PACKAGE IS NOT BUILDING THE RELEASE BUILD IN THE PKGBUILD (which it isn't) AND USERS `git clone && makepkg` THEN THEY WILL BUILD AN EXPERIMENTAL BUILD AS SEEN IN "Snapshot" WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT IS HAPPENING - IF YOU HALFWITS EVEN BOTHERED TO LOOK. REPRODUCIBLE BUILD IS IRRELEVANT. LOOK AT THE CMAKE. Additional info: * 2.7.6 Steps to reproduce: $ git clone https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/keepassxc.git $ cd keepassxc && makepkg -i |
