Due to  FS#64044 , glesv1 libraries are no longer provided. This prevents building gfxstream: https://android.googlesource.com/platform/hardware/google/gfxstream
What's the rationale for removing glesv1 libraries?

I'm sure there was good reason at the time. FWIW, the v1 libs are still shipped by both Debian & Fedora (I believe).
