Description:
In kdenlive, the "LADSPA plugins" are different to the ones in the kdenlive AppImage from kde.org

Additional info:
* kdenlive 23.04.3-1, ladspa 1.17-2
* I removed ~/.config/kdenlive* & ~/.local/share/kdenlive


Steps to reproduce:
* Go to "effects" tab, expand "LADSPA plugins"
* In the arch version of kdenlive, it says "simple...", etc.
* In the appimage version from kde.org, it says "disintegrator", "dynamic...", etc.

kdenlive AppImage version I used...

kdenlive just looks at what LADSPA plugins are installed on your system. There is a whole group of them to choose from [1]. Go wild.
