Description: Package seems to be missing dependency for kdeclarative, resulting in the interface missing elements and entire categories in "settings". The same bug also prevents the GUI from adhering to local settings/themes, etc.

Additional info:

haruna 0.11.3-1

The message:

- Error: Error while loading page: qrc:/CustomCommandsSettings.qml:12 module "org.kde.kquickcontrols" is not installed

Appears when trying to access the missing interface elements.

Steps to reproduce:

Install Haruna from the extra repository, launch, then open the settings. Many options are either not rendered, or in some cases the whole page is missing.
Changes to desktop or application themes are also largely ignored.

Notes: First bug report sorry if I did anything wrong!
