Description:
When using ffmpeg with svt-av1 on Arch Linux, an exception occurs causing the encoding process to freeze and become unresponsive. I suggest that the rebuilding the ffmpeg package after svt-av1 is updated may resolve this issue.

Additional info:
* package version(s): svt-av1 1.6.0-1, ffmpeg 2:6.0-8
* link to upstream bug report, if any: I have previously reported a similar issue on msys2: https://github.com/msys2/MINGW-packages/issues/10864, https://github.com/msys2/MINGW-packages/pull/12608

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use ffmpeg with the svtav1 encoder on Arch Linux.
