DetailsDescription: In the package, `/usr/lib/utempter/utempter` has permissions `2711` and group `root`. However, during first runtime, permissions get changed to `711` and group to `utmp`. This produces false positives during certain package integrity checks.
Additional info: * package version: 1.2.1-3 Steps to reproduce: 1. make sure `libutempter` is installed 2. make sure `libutempter` has been loaded at least once 3. run an integrity check (paccheck for example) or manually compare permissions of `/usr/lib/utempter/utempter` with the package |

FS#58306for the background on why it was done this way (and the comment from @loqs about pacman -Qkk). So yes, this is already well known, but unfortunately AFAICT there is no easy way to fix it. Even more so now because the pkg is orphaned (i.e. no Arch maintainer).(Sidenote: this is a concern when libutempter is pulled in by a pkg in "Core" e.g util-linux and to a lesser extent tmux. I have notified some PM's who might be interested to adopt).
Even on a brand new system you will usually always see issues with integrity checks. It can never be perfect so IMHO there are some things we just have to live with.
