Thanks for offering your mirror. What is the bandwidth speed? I believe you've posted your maximum allowed bandwidth usage.

We are running on 10Gbps, I'm not sure what the 95th percentile is but I can find out if it helps.

Just installed `fast` which is reporting on the mirror server (connected via full fibre on 10Gbps) that there is a 1.5Gbps download speed. Tried my VPS on a 1Gbps for sanity and that reported 450mb/s, which makes sense.
