0.9.1-2 has a fix for it. 0.9.1-3 unfixes that fix.

Please also see  FS#79239 . USE_BUNDLED_TS_PARSERS=ON was supposed to keep the  FS#76107  fix intact.

The parsers are still not packaged with Neovim, as of 0.9.2-1.

Getting tree-sitter grammar packages into the repos seems the ideal solution, then a symlink could be added to the neovim package like so:
