xf86-video-amdgpu 23.0.0-1 is the DDX 2D Xorg driver, yet you've posted journal output from the amdgpu "kernel" component which is related, but actually completely different.

xf86-video-amdgpu 23.0.0-1 is 5 months old! This is clearly not an Arch packaging issue. Issues like this (initially) belong in the proper Arch support channels (Forum/IRC/Mailing Lists/IRC/etc) to see if anyone can assist troubleshoot. You might have to report it upstream. Upstream issues for the amdgpu *kernel* drivers live at [1].

This upstream issue [2] appears to be your problem. Please follow up there.
