Description: Contrib/testing addons are masked out in the release build, manually copying them is insufficient.

Step to reproduce:
1. got to blender>edit>preferences>addons, contrib/testing is missing.

Solution:
1. Revert the upstream commit: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/commit/e8c7866608bb71b674afd9420a22b993e066f873
or. Rename "addon_contrib" overriding TESTING check: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/src/branch/main/scripts/modules/addon_utils.py#L159-L164
2. Patch CMakeLists.txt exclude condition: https://github.com/blender/blender/blob/246292f48645673b5742e6689ebd969872372a8c/source/creator/CMakeLists.txt#L429C45-L436

Additional comments about closing:  As far as I'm seeing it, we're shipping it the way it's intended. Please check with upstream and see whether that's correct. I'm happy to change the package if you can point me to an upstream intention about this.

I'm confused. Since this is intended by upstream, how does upstream want this to be shipped, then?
