Description:
mbeq_1197 outputs only silence when used in a filter chain with pipewire >= 0.3.75 or when used with ecasound.

I can fix the problem by a local rebuild of swh-plugins or by downgrade pipewire to 0.3.74.

Additional info:
* package versions: pipewire 0.3.76-2, swh-plugins 0.4.17-4, ecasound 2.9.3-9
* config and/or log files etc: no errors or warnings found in logs, relevant part of pipewire config as attachment

Steps to reproduce:
1) Install swh-plugins and ecasound
2) Run: ecasound -i:/usr/share/sounds/alsa/Noise.wav -o:$HOME/Noise.wav -el:mbeq,1
3) Notice only silence in output
4) Rebuild swh-plugins locally
5) Run again: ecasound -i:/usr/share/sounds/alsa/Noise.wav -o:$HOME/Noise.wav -el:mbeq,1
6) Have noise in output
   pipewire.conf (2.2 KiB)

No recent upstream releases, hence no Arch rebuild in the last 3 years..
