Description:

Notifications are not shown in desktop notification history despite popping up as a desktop notification. I expect notifications to be put into notification history. Discord does the same, for example.

Additional info:

* config and/or log files etc.

* DE: KDE Plasma v5.27.6

Steps to reproduce:

1. Receive a notification
2. observe that notification is shown
3. observe that notification is not put into desktop notification list/history

As per the upstream ticket, this is likely to be an electron25 issue. But seeing as electron resembles a dog's breakfast, a chance of any fix is remote.

I cannot confirm this as a bug so will wait for confirmation from someone else.

Nobody else has reported and/or seems to care about this. Notifying @arojas for an opinion. If no response, you might have better luck reporting this upstream to the electron and/or plasma folks because this doesn't appear to be an Arch packaging issue.
