telegram-desktop fails to launch from the Desktop Shortcut

Additional info:
* package version(s): telegram-desktop 4.8.7-2
* DE: KDE Plasma 5.27.6

Steps to reproduce:
- install telegram-desktop package (I used paru)
- search and launch for Telegram Desktop from KRunner or the App Launcher

Please see  FS#79186  which is all about this exact issue. 4.8.7-2 is purported to have fixed it. I just tested in a fresh Plasma VM and cannot reproduce your problem. It launches fine from krunner and also from the start menu icon.
