Details Description: The replaces=("mesa-opencl<=23.1.3-1") is wrong in https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/mesa/-/commit/bc878f3436d40779bd90fd84a6f584a50a748d1f, causing people to end up with an abandoned opencl-mesa package when upgrading.
