Description:

The muug.ca Arch Linux mirror is not up to date, causing users to experience difficulties in obtaining the latest package updates. This bug report aims to address and rectify the issue for improved user experience and access to up-to-date packages.

Additional info:

This has been verified with the package xorg-server, which, as of the date of creation of this bug report, is at version 21.1.8, but dates to 21.1.4 in https://muug.ca/mirror/archlinux/extra/os/x86_64/
A lot of packages are not updated either, causing system upgrades to have nothing to do even though new packages are available.

Steps to reproduce:

Running `$ sudo pacman -Syu` in the terminal with `https://muug.ca/mirror/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch` as the first mirror in `/etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist` causes packages not to be updated as they are not up-to-date.

The package database and subsequent updates do not reflect the latest packages available from the Arch Linux repositories. The mirror provided by muug.ca appears to be outdated.

A quick fix right now is to change mirrors.
