Description: Upgraded docker-compose this morning and rebooted and compose file/directory are gone. I run the LTS kernel and linux-lts was also upgraded along with libwclient, runc, smbclient, samba and tailscale.

I didn't do anything else, just a simple upgrade and restart and that was it. I was at the default location when this happened (/home/user) which is NOT where my docker stack/compose is stored so not sure why this has happened.

Are there any other diagnoses I can perform and provide the output of?

Steps to reproduce:
sudo pacman -Suy
(docker-compose upgraded from 2.20.0-1 to 2.20.2-1)
reboot server
on reboot compose directory and yml are gone

Please review the guidelines [1] because this is not an effective bug report. There is no indication of an Arch packaging issue. For stuff like this, you should first visit the proper Arch support channels (Forum/IRC/Mailing Lists/Reddit/etc) to see if anyone can help troubleshoot. Also, it could easily be an upstream issue. If an Arch packaging bug is identified, then of course please come back here and let us know the details.
