Description:
Needs packaging for libei (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinput/libei) as it it's now a dependency for building GNOME mutter 45 since 15 July, 2023 (https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/2628).

There is no need for a ticket like this as we are not building GNOME mutter 45 (yet!). The PM (notified) will naturally add it when the time is right. In the meanwhile you can grab it from the AUR [1]
