DetailsDescription:
Overtime right clicking a file or folder to open as root breaks. The only means of fixing it seems to be a full system reinstall. Additional info: * 5.8.3-1 * Do you want the Looking Glass log? I tried running it, and did not see anything when trying to run a folder as root. Have any specific actions you want me to run to generate the right log? * Upstream bug report: https://github.com/linuxmint/nemo/issues/3234 Believe it's an issue with Arch. Steps to reproduce: Step 1. Install Cinnamon Step 2. Update to a more recent version of Cinnamon. Eventually, it breaks. |

Clearly not an Arch packaging issue. Please do as instructed last time and take it to the support channels and/or report it upstream.

This has existed for a long time. Running nemo from command line with sudo opens with the elevated privileges; but, does not when running from the right click menu.
