Description:
At the moment sniffnet has an issue that prevents the icon and the app name to be correctly shown on the Gnome Dash in Wayland.

This is because the build misses the app id. This issue has been resolved and will be addressed in the next release.

Anyway, to have a safer behavior, the package should also report the `StartupWMClass` inside the .desktop file.

So I'd suggest to remove the custom one used in upstream and use the original one in the Github repository: https://github.com/GyulyVGC/sniffnet/blob/main/resources/packaging/linux/sniffnet.desktop
