On my laptop with kde org.kde.plasma.battery (battery and brightness) widget or tray icon on task bar does not work properly after system boot.
When I try to change power profile or backlight of screen by this widget new value of profile/brightness will be rollbacked to old in this widget but in realy new value of profile/brightness will be saved (I see that new values were applyaed from cli for exaple powerprofilesctl) so kde org.kde.plasma.battery widget does not show realy values, but only last.

If run separate org.kde.plasma.battery with plasmawindowed separate org.kde.plasma.battery works normally and shows real power profile or backlight. If restart user plasma-plasmashell.service kde org.kde.plasma.battery (battery and brightness) widget or tray icon on task bar starts work normally
