Details

The `latexmk` manpage is missing in the `texlive-binextra` package.
Upstream includes it as `latexmk.1` (see https://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/support/latexmk)

The PDF and text manual are included in `texlive-doc`, but not the manpage.
