This one works I believe
sed -i -e s'#TESTSSL_INSTALL_DIR="${TESTSSL_INSTALL_DIR:-""}"#TESTSSL_INSTALL_DIR="${TESTSSL_INSTALL_DIR:-"/usr/share/testssl.sh"}"#' testssl.sh
So leaving the perl deps for when the tests may be turned back on is fine.
I'll close this one out.
