Description:
upon boot, I see the following messages:
juil. 03 09:52:41 kernel: sp5100_tco: SP5100/SB800 TCO WatchDog Timer Driver
juil. 03 09:52:41 kernel: sp5100-tco sp5100-tco: Failed to reserve MMIO or alternate MMIO region
juil. 03 09:52:41 kernel: sp5100-tco: probe of sp5100-tco failed with error -16

blacklisting via /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf using 'install sp5100-tco /bin/true' seems
to be a noop because the message still comes up.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Clearly an upstream kernel problem and not an Arch packaging bug. Please report it to the relevant upstream kernel folks.
