Description:
KDEGraphics and particularly the binary KPDF (and likely all other kde apps) utilize a "DCOPServer" which is part of KDE. The DCOPServer calls the 'iceauth' binary when started. But iceauth which is apart of the xorg-server-utils package is not a dependency of kdegraphics.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
kdegraphics-3.5.7-2
xorg-server-utils-1.0.4-2

* config and/or log files etc.
When running KPDF:
~ could not get network list
~ check that dcopserver is running!
~ no mime data

When running dcopserver from command line:
dcopserver: 'iceauth' not found in path, aborting.
DCOPServer self-test failed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. I installed kdegraphics, but never installed xorg-server. I simply wanted my installation to act as a client to an x-server elsewhere.
2. Run kpdf from kdegraphics, kpdf fails because it cannot start dcopserver
3. Run dcopserver from command line, dcopserver fails to init and states iceauth not found
