DetailsWith Pacman 6.0.2, lines in /etc/pacman.conf such as:
IgnorePkg = liferea #liborcus chromium will cause pacman to ignore both liferea and chromium, but install/upgrade liborcus. The comment symbol inline should instead comment out the rest of the line. #IgnorePkg = liferea liborcus chromium works as expected, commenting the whole line. IgnoreGroup has this same issue. |

Yes, that's expected, documented behavior. See the pacman.conf man page.
