Details

Installing all packages from texlive-lang results in the following error:

( 7/11) Updating TeXLive format files...
fmtutil [ERROR]: running `xetex -ini -jobname=xelatex -progname=xelatex -etex xelatex.ini </dev/null' return status: 137
fmtutil [ERROR]: returning error due to option --strict
greška: neuspjelo ispravno izvršenje naredbe

If it would be useful, I can try to narrow the issue down to a specific language package from the group.

Can't reproduce. exit code 137 usually means the process ran out of memory. What happens if you run the command manually?

xetex -ini -jobname=xelatex -progname=xelatex -etex xelatex.ini </dev/null

You're indeed right, I got OOM killer in dmesg. If I kill some processes prior to installation it works fine. Sorry for the false alarm.
