Details

When running "pacman -Syu" on a system with both procps-ng 3.3.17-1 and man-pages-de 4.18.1-1 installed, the following error occurs:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
procps-ng: /usr/share/man/de/man1/kill.1.gz exists in filesystem (owned by man-pages-de)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

I think we should fix this in man-pages-l10n.

I've found that simply updating/rebuilding the man-pages-l10n packages with pkgver=4.19.0 and the sha256sums=() array updated accordingly is sufficient to fix this issue.
