/usr/bin/texdoc, owned by texlive-bin 2023.66984-7, links to /usr/share/texmf-dist/scripts/texdoc/texdoc.tlu, which does not exist.

texlive-doc 2023.66594-11 is also installed.

Thanks for reporting...but have you read the front pages news [1]? Have you tried the latest updates in [extra-testing]? It appears `/usr/bin/texdoc' is now in the "texlive-binextra" pkg. While all this re-org is happening, please don't report bugs unless you've tested the latest updates in testing. Thanks.
