Works fine here i.e. cannot repro (I have a HP device that needs the plugin to scan).
There is not info provided to identify an Arch packaging bug. Please visit the proper support channels (Form/IRC/Mailing Lists/Reddit/etc) to see if anyone assist troubleshoot. If an Arch packaging bug is identified, please let us know the details.
