Currently, spell checkers for Chines, etc. take more than 90% of package size and tend to be redundant as users normally configure their own dicts. Additional info: * package version: 4.5.2 |

Just took a glance at how the texstudio handles the spellchecker and looks like if hunspell (deps) is installed it ignores the embedded dicts, so it's safe to drop them as redundant.

Alright seems like a fine suggestion. I pushed rel-3 with these changes. Please check.
