Description:
1. No VERSION in /etc/os-release.
2. Placeholder TEMPLATE_VERSION_ID is not correctly substituted, have a look: VERSION_ID=TEMPLATE_VERSION_ID

Steps to reproduce: Look inside /etc/os-release.

If you have a VERSION_ID field in /etc/os-release, you're not using Arch Linux.
