Description:webkit2gtk has libsoup2, which is deprecated. Updating would bring libsoup3, which is not. Lutris has support for webkit2gtk-4.1

Thanks, but this is not a real effective bug report [1]. The most basic of info (the version number) is not even mentioned? Imagine in 5 years time when some poor soul has to review all the old festering tickets that have never been actioned? Please, at least put some effort in.

Anyway, it appears *some* of the support for webkit2gtk-4.1 has actually been reverted [2] but was then partially re-enabled [3]. This does not inspire confidence.

Sorry, i'm not used to writing bug reports.
I asked on the Lutris discord why was that commit reverted and they said:"because some distros didn't have Webkit2 4.1. This code is outdated. Currently we support both 4.0 and 4.1"
