Description:

When I used arara with 2023.66984-1 it works fine, but with the recent updates, it does not work for now.

Additional info:
* texlive-bin 2023.66984-5

Steps to reproduce:
$ sudo pacman -Syu
$ sudo pacman -S texlive-bin jre-openjdk # I try also with jre8-openjdk, jre11-openjdk and jre17-openjdk
$ arara -V # or texplate -V
