The attached diff unpacks the just generated wheel so it can use the freshly built sphinx to generate the man pages in build() rather than add a makedepends on python-sphinx or build the man pages in package().
https://pypi.org/packages/source/S/Sphinx/Sphinx-7.0.1.tar.gz.asc is currently returning a 404. I am assuming it is a transient issue.

Thank you loqs! BTW if you were unaware, it is now possible to make MR's on packages, eg. https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/perl/-/merge_requests/1.

Regarding signatures: https://blog.pypi.org/posts/2023-05-23-removing-pgp/

Did pypi decide to remove existing signatures as well?
polyzen I was not aware MR's had been opened up on packages. The link gives me a 404 even when logged into gitlab.
I know this is off topic but who would I contact to change my 'Full name' on gitlab? I really struggled creating an account and generating a OTP without a mobile and messed that part up.
