Description: Here an example:
/usr/share/julia/stdlib/v1.9/SuiteSparse_jll/src/SuiteSparse_jll.jl:70
libamd.so.2 does not exist in the recent suitesparse(64) package, it is libamd.so.3

julia 2:1.9.0-2
suitesparse64 7.0.1-2

Steps to reproduce:

- install julia and suitesparse64 from extra repo
- use suitesparse
- error indicating that the dynamic library path does not exist
