Description:
KHTML is needed for the HTML preview plugin, and the package already marks markdownpart as an optional for "markdown preview" so it probably makes sense to do the same for Kate.

There are many possible kpart plugins for preview, and listing all of them would be overkill. I removed the existing ones for consistency in 23.04.2.
