Description:
TLDR: Incorporate the changes from this branch, basically: https://github.com/ROCmSoftwarePlatform/MIOpen/commit/2623c7a1d9e4753cee890c4544baae821b6787e3

The ROCm 5.5.x releases ship a slightly older version of Composable Kernel that doesn't support RDNA3 GPUs, commit 0a8dac4ef1a232abd8f6896a5b016f9e76192ddd does. Also requires enabling gfx1100/gfx1101/gfx1102 in the compile flags, and I assume rebuilding MIOpen.

It's no longer relevant in ROCm 5.6 at least (from what I can tell), so I think this can be closed.
