Description:
When installing the `hplip` package the `hp-uinscan` program is installed too. The `hp-uinscan` is a CLI, so it shouldn't show up in the menus.

Solution:
Add the line "NoDisplay=true" in `hp-uiscan.desktop`. This will fix the problem when installing the `hplip` package, and creating the `.desktop` file.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 1:3.23.3-1
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:
Open a menu in XFCE and type "hp"

Thanks for reporting. But that .desktop file comes from upstream, so technically it's an upstream issue which you should be reporting to them. See also  FS#49060  for another example. PS: there are many CLI apps that come with similar .desktop files.
