DetailsDescription: teapot_tools is a new rustified version of depot_tools who could teorically be added to the extra repo because it's correctly versioned. It has other options useful for example in

Reason for closing: Won't implement
Additional comments about closing: We're mainly building Chromium from tarballs. The (currently unused) fetch-chromium-release script is happily using depot_tools without any problems so I don't see a need to consider alternatives.
