Subject: Graphics issues after upgrading Mesa to version 23.1.0-1

Description:
I recently upgraded Mesa from version 23.0.3-1 to version 23.1.0-1 on my Toshiba Satellite L50D laptop, with AMD-gpu drivers. After the upgrade, I encountered severe graphics issues, including unreadable text and screen tearing. I initially thought that my graphics card had malfunctioned or died due to the sudden changes.

Steps to Reproduce:

Upgrade Mesa package from version 23.0.3-1 to version 23.1.0-1.
Reboot the system.
Observe the graphics issues, including unreadable text and screen tearing.

After upgrading to Mesa 23.1.0-1:

Text on the screen is unreadable, appearing as thin lines.
Screen is tearing and I can't read or open anything.

Additional Information:

I use Qtile, picom, and Xorg-xinit/startx.
I have not encountered these problems prior to upgrading to Mesa 23.1.0-1.
I haven't reverted any other packages, just Mesa back to 23.0.3-1 which resolves the issue.

System Information:

Graphics Card: AMD ATI Radeon R3 Graphics
Mesa version before upgrade: 23.0.3-1
Mesa version after upgrade: 23.1.0-1

Thanks for reporting but I will merge this into  FS#78598  which is the same bug.
