DetailsDescription:
Gdal package has the `/usr/lib/libgdal.so` shared library, but it's not specified in `provides`. According to Arch package guidelines[0] the shared libraries should be listed there. Having the versioned libprovides data in the package would be useful. FS#77488for example. We still have abundant pkgs that don't conform and we don't want/need a ticket for each one...but thanks anyway :)
