DetailsDescription: JAPA and JAAA are sister applications that both allow for accessing some of the options only by passing CLI arguments.
However, JAPA package incorporates a gendesk (automatic .desktop generation) in its PKGBUILD while JAAA package doesn't. The request to implement such solution also in JAAA package was turned down stating it was an upstream issue: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/71456 It follows that the gendesk solution in the JAPA package is unwanted and should be removed. Firstly, because it is an upstream issue and secondly, to make sister packages equivalent. Additional info: * package version(s): 0.9.4-2 |
