DetailsDescription: The --overwrite option requires a glob argument. In case when user wants to thoroughly/cleanly reinstall package(s) - sync their files to repo state, then a possibly dangerous asterisk-containing glob needs to be passed. Besides making a simple package (re)installation command dangerous, it also makes it somewhat ugly. Yes, --overwrite has its uses, but in this case I believe an --overwrite-all (or similar) would be very welcome.
