DetailsFor example, spyder can't start, giving this error :
pkg_resources.ContextualVersionConflict: (docutils 0.20 (/usr/lib/python3.11/site-packages), Requirement.parse('docutils<0.20,>=0.18.1'), {'sphinx'}) Downgrading python-docutils to 0.19-6 solves the problem. |

Docutils 0.20 support has been added upstream by https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/commit/db546189ce1d2a345f4399367ced6ecdd538be5d no new release since that commit.
