Details

Description: when trying to start home-assistant 1:2023.5.2-1, there are errors in the log about a missing dependency for python-webrtcvad

Installing the AUR package python-webrtcvad makes the errors disappear.

* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:
update to latest home-assistant package and restart the service

This thing seems like a python nightmare. In a test VM, I couldn't get it to start at all without installing [1]. Then after starting it for the 2nd time as per FS#75379, I see the "python-webrtcvad" errors.
