Hey, im not part of the Arch Team but im pretty sure that Cloudflare CDN doesn't work with Arch Linux Mirrors see (https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/67865)

Thanks. I use Cloudflare Worker with Fetch API supplying headers now. It supports "Range" header.
