Description:

bpftool does not work without manually installing llvm-libs.

Steps to reproduce:

Install with: pacman -Syu bpf
Run bpftool:
hostname:~ $ bpftool
bpftool: error while loading shared libraries: libLLVM-15.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Solution: pacman -S llvm-libs

Apparently bpf needs to have a runtime dependency added on `llvm-libs`.
